The Company

The president of the company is Mark Baldridge. He received his culinary education through the Greater Chicago Food Depository in Chicago, Illinois, December 2006. At this school, he also received sanitation training and acquired three sanitation certificates: the State of Illinois, Chicago, and Serve Save. He currently works for Loyola University in Maywood as a cook and has formerly worked as a cook at Macy's Walnut Room.

How the name of the company originated:
While working in the Chicago Public School System as a substitute teacher, my very clever students were having fun with my name because I was bald. That's when I started to have all my students call me Mr. B…and the name stuck!
