Environment Today web site is published by Mark
Baldridge who for over the past ten years worked in the educational
field as a substitute teacher in various elementary school districts
in Illinois.. He started his undergraduate education at Loyola University
in Chicago where he received a B.S. in Anthropology in 1991. In 1995,
he received his M.A. in Geography and Environmental studies at Northeastern
Illinois University in Chicago. Both of these different academic fields
have provided him with the profound insight that saving both cultural
and environmental diversity enhances the beauty of God's work. During
the last five years, he has visited many natural landscapes managed
by volunteers who believe saving the environment enhances human life.
The numerous pictures on his web site area a result of traveling around
Illinois trying to find nature at its best.
