Willowbrook
Wildlife Center
Willowbrook
Wildlife Center is a wildlife rehabilitation and education center, providing
care and medical treatment for injured and orphaned native wildlife.
Wildlife Rehabilitation
Highly qualified and dedicated staff members attend to the animal
patients every day. Only native wildlife is accepted for treatment.
Non-native wildlife species, such as house sparrows, pigeons and starlings,
are not accepted for treatment.
Hours:
Willowbrook
is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except major holidays. Summer
hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and winter hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Questions
about temporary care for injured animals are by the Center's 24-hour
automated phone line.
Willowbrook Wildlife
Foundation
Many of the rehabilitation and educational services at Willowbrook
are provided by the Willowbrook Wildlife Foundation. A private not-for-profit
volunteer organization, the Foundation raises necessary funds and accepts
donations to purchase needed equipment and supplies that aids in the
rehabilitation process. For more information on how you can help, call
