Blade
Chop - This cut is the fattest and
toughest type of pork chop. The benefit,
this chop is the most flavorful of all chops.
Rib
Chop - The Rib chop has some fat and
relatively very tender and juicy. The flavor
is also great compared to the Center Cut Chop
and Sirloin Chop the chops.
Center
Cut Chop - The center chop has little
fat and relatively tender compared to the
Blade Chop and the Rib Chop just mentioned.
Sirloin
Chop - The sirloin is tough and very
dry with very little flavor.
