Oyster knives: This knife has a sturdy blade and sharp enough to cut between the two sides of the shell opening.

Roasting pans: You need to get the largest pan that can fit into your oven, but allowing enough space so that air can circulate in the oven.

Sauté Pans: The benefit of using this nine to twelve inch pan, you can sauté seafood and vegetables over a high heat

Steamer Pot: This pot is light, tall, and narrow used for boiling and steaming shellfish. The pot should be twelve to fourteen inches across and hot four to six gallons of liquid.

Tongs: The tool is beneficial for taking food off grill, in a sauté pan, or steamer pot.
