Heat grill for 15 minutes until hot
Clean off rack
Rub oil over the rack.
When cooking chicken on a grill, I like
to marinade the meat Italian or valdialian dressing. I cook the chicken
with bone and skin on for 45 minutes until you reach a temperature of
165 degrees. I turn the chicken over on each side for 15 minutes.
