Mashed Potatoes
I found the best, simplest, and affordable way
for making great tasting mashed potatoes is using Unsalted Butter, Kosher
Salt, Ground Pepper, and dried chives. Depending on the quantity of
potatoes, go light (one Teaspoon for 3 to 5 ponds of potatoes) on the
Kosher Salt and Ground Pepper. I usually add a small amount, taste using
a disposable spoon, and then adding more if I need it.
You can also add Sour Cream to the mixture.
